GREE offers free parts on repairs resulting from a failure in manufacturing dated from the installation or completed date; after this period, a charge will be made on parts.
GREE does not offer warranty for units which are not repaired by GREE or her authorised partners.
GREE is not responsible for the defective man-made problems, and special places such as places of high temperature, high dust, high humidity, unstable voltage and electric current, etc.
